GREAT WINTER SPECIALS BY BUS OR AIR

Table Mountain Cableway and the City Sightseeing Bus Company have joined forces to offer an exciting winter special to all families - two kids under 18 years ride for free if accompanied by a full-paying adult.

The two specials are valid weekends and public holidays from May 1 to September 15, 2009, and every day of the winter school holiday (June 26 to July 19).

Be a tourist in your own city and hop on a City Sightseeing Bus. For the price of an adult bus ticket (R120) two children ride for free. Buses depart 9.30am daily from the Two Oceans Aquarium. Visit www.citysightseeing.co.za or call 021 511 6000.

The Cableway's Family Winter Special ticket price is adult return R145  and includes two children under 18 years travelling free (normal child rate R76). Valid on return fares only.

Once at the top of the mountain, children can enjoy a fun treasure hunt as well as win various spot prizes. Visitors can buy refreshments and enjoy gourmet pizzas and hamburgers at the Table Mountain Café, located at the Upper Cable Station. The Shop at the Top in the old stone building stocks a variety of souvenirs and gifts to keep the entire family happy.
