@home, the homeware store, has launched a monthly bridal competition at www.brideofthemonth.co.za to offer newlyweds an opportunity to win R4000 in @home gift vouchers each month.

Brides can submit wedding photographs directly to the website. The public is then invited to vote online for the most beautiful bride and the winning bride is announced each month.

Bridal photographers can also enter their most creative and elegant wedding shots, as of October this year. Photographers stand a chance to take home R1000 in @home gift vouchers each month if their photograph is selected.

For newly engaged couples looking for a diverse and stylish wedding registry, @home have also launched Engagement Sundays.

On the first Sunday of every month, starting from September, couples can visit an @home store between 9am and 11am and, while sipping on champagne, select their dream gifts with the help of a dedicated assistant. The couple will also receive a complimentary gift on arrival. They will be given advice on @homes' exclusive international brands such as Breville, Nespresso, Jamie Oliver and S&P as well as useful kitchen utensils and crockery and world-class Margaret Muir linen.
