SPLASH WINS BRONZE AT PRISM AWARDS

Splash PR and Media Consultants scooped a bronze PRISA award in the healthcare category for their successful Patrick Holford tour to SA and book launch campaign. The annual awards of the Public Relations Institute of South Africa was held in Johannesburg on March 31.
Splash PR generated over R3.5 million worth of electronic, print and broadcast publicity for the tour and tickets to all workshops were sold out.
In November 2009 leading natural supplement brand Bioharmony brought renowned UK nutritionist and author Patrick Holford to South Africa for the global launch of his latest book The 10 Secrets of 100% Healthy People. The book was launched through a series of Bioharmony sponsored and hosted health information workshops held in Cape Town, Pretoria, Johannesburg and Durban.
"Splash PR had three months to generate awareness of the Patrick Holford tour and book launch. Their work far exceeded our expectations. Through their effort Patrick Holford's book made the Exclusive Books' top ten best sellers list for 2009 and Bioharmony cemented its association with Patrick Holford," Marketing Manager for Bioscience, Jackie Grant.
